Job Description

Develop and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Adult Nursing, including areas such as Acute Care, Critical Care, and Medical-Surgical Nursing.
Teach a variety of nursing courses while integrating evidence-based practice and clinical relevance into instruction.
Evaluate and monitor individual student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic and clinical success.
Conduct high-quality research and publish in indexed, peer-reviewed journals.
Supervise student research projects and provide guidance in clinical training and practice.
Contribute to curriculum development, course design, and continuous program improvement.
Participate actively in program development and accreditation processes.
Engage in academic advising, mentoring, and supporting students professional growth.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental, college, and university committees and initiatives.
Maintain a professional, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
Support the advancement of nursing education, research, and clinical excellence within the institution.
