ACS Account Executive (Individual Contributor)

As an ACS Account Executive, you will play a dual role in driving customer success and growing Adobe's Subscription and Custom Professional Services footprint. You'll act as a trusted advisor to customers, delivering strategic guidance to accelerate adoption of subscription offerings such as Ultimate Success, Integrated Services and Premium Learning, as well as identifying and closing new, custom professional services opportunities. This is a quota-carrying role that combines consultative solutioning with proactive sales engagement.

Responsibilities

Customer Success & Solutioning

Partner with license sellers to position subscription value and align custom services to customer business objectives.
Deliver tailored presentations, value summaries, and success plans to accelerate adoption and increase return on investment.
Support presales solutioning and estimation for subscription and custom professional services engagements.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless handoff from sales to delivery.

Sales & Business Development

Drive net-new subscription and custom professional services bookings by identifying, developing, and closing opportuities within assigned accounts.
Develop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
Lead negotiation, contracting, and approval processes for subscription and custom professional services deals.
Work closely with field sales and solution architects to craft compelling proposals and account strategies.

Relationship Management

Build strong, trusted relationships with customers by understanding their business goals and aligning Adobe subscription and custom professional services offerings to deliver measurable outcomes.

Operational Excellence

Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
Track and report performance metrics for accounts and opportunities.
Leverage internal resources and professional networks to uncover new opportunities and expand influence within accounts.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, consulting, or customer success, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Strong understanding of subscription models, SaaS, and professional services sales.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or similar enterprise-level solutions.
Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a matrixed environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SaaS, and cloud-based offerings.
Leverage AI and related technologies to drive scale and efficiency in meeting your responsibilities
High intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $245,300 -- $421,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In New York, the pay range for this position is $291,300 - $421,800 In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $268,700 - $389,150 In Massachusetts, the pay range for this position is $268,700 - $389,150

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
