Role Description The Corporate Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, responsible for driving corporate solar solution sales and building long-term business relationships. This role involves identifying and qualifying corporate prospects, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and preparing proposals tailored to client energy needs. The Corporate Sales Executive will manage key accounts, follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals in alignment with company targets. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with technical and installation teams, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the sales lifecycle. The role also includes monitoring market trends, gathering competitive insights, and contributing to sales strategies that support business growth.
Qualifications

Strong corporate sales and general sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Excellent communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
Experience in account management, including nurturing corporate relationships and managing key accounts.
Customer service skills, with a focus on responsive support and long-term client satisfaction.
Relevant experience in solar, renewable energy, or related electrical/industrial products is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, manage field visits, and travel to client locations as needed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using CRM and basic office software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
