Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Chennai, Madurai, Trichy & Coimbatore focused on retail sales for Quba Architectural Products Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Executive will engage with retail customers and channel partners, present product features and benefits, and support them in selecting suitable architectural solutions. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities in Chennai and nearby regions (such as Madurai, Trichy, and Coimbatore), and conducting regular market visits. The role also involves managing inquiries, providing timely customer support, coordinating with internal teams for order processing and deliveries, and preparing basic sales reports and updates. The Sales Executive is expected to represent the brand professionally, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and contribute to local marketing and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications

Strong retail sales and general sales skills, with experience in achieving and tracking sales targets.
Dealer service and relationship-building abilities to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with dealers and internal teams.
Ability to understand product features and technical details, and explain them in simple terms to dealers.
Prior experience in retail or building materials, hardware, or architectural products is an advantage.
Basic proficiency in reporting over company app.
Strong time management, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to field visits and lead follow-up.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Comfort with on-site work, local travel within mentioned cities and nearby areas, and adapting to dynamic market needs.
