Job Responsibilities

Drive advanced data analysis and data preparation activities to derive meaningful insights, ensuring high standards of data quality, security, and performance.
Lead the development of scalable and user-centric BI dashboards and reports, promoting best practices in visualization and usability.
Design and govern robust data models and calculation frameworks to support efficient and reliable analytics.
Architect and manage end-to-end data integration solutions (ETL/ELT), including pipelines and transformation workflows across diverse data sources.
Partner with business stakeholders to shape requirements, provide consultative input, and deliver value-driven BI solutions.
Champion the use of Power Platform, AI, and intelligent automation to modernize analytics and improve operational efficiency.
Drive process optimization and standardization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manual dependencies.
Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering capability development.
Contribute to strategic data initiatives, including governance, scalability, and alignment with organizational data objectives.
Design and enhance DQ dashboards and automated controls
Support platform vendor alignment and capability enhancement strategy
Ensure scalability, compliance, and enterprise adoption.
Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (Desktop & Service) with expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modelling.
Strong in SQL and relational databases with strong data modelling knowledge – Logical/Physical/Canonical
Working knowledge of Azure tools such as Databricks/Azure SQL, /Cosmos DB.
Expertise in data preparation, cleansing, validation, and visualization best practices
Proficiency in Power Platform tools including Power Automate/Power Apps/Power Query/M Query
Working knowledge of Python/R Ops is a plus
Awareness of AI-driven tools and automation for analytics efficiency.
Basic knowledge of data science concepts such as statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
