International Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai, India, for a driven International Sales Executive. You will be a critical part of our expansion, responsible for significantly growing our global market presence for Herbal Extracts, Botanical Extracts, and Nutraceutical Raw Materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new international business opportunities and clients in target markets.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective international sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets.

Client Relationship Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation, and foster long-term, high-value relationships with global clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Trade Compliance & Logistics: Oversee international trade processes, ensuring adherence to all relevant trade compliance regulations. Coordinate closely with our in-house production and logistics teams to guarantee timely and accurate product delivery.

Market Analysis: Monitor global industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to strategically position the company's product offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Experience:

Proven, substantial experience in International Sales and International Trade.

Essential: Direct experience selling Herbal Extracts, Botanical Extracts, or Nutraceutical Raw Materials is required.

Core Competencies:

Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills.

Deep understanding of International Business practices and global market dynamics.

Demonstrated proficiency in analytical skills for market assessment and sales forecasting.

Proven ability to deliver high-level Customer Service.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a dynamic team structure.

Education:

Bachelor's / Masters degree

Additional Qualification is added advantage.
