Job Title: Senior HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across diverse industries and functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, sourcing, stakeholder management, and employee engagement. This role requires experience in hiring for both domestic and international (offshore) clients, with the ability to source quality talent through multiple recruitment channels. The candidate should be comfortable working in the UK shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST) and be willing to travel for business requirements as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce requirements and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
Source candidates through various recruitment channels, including:
LinkedIn Recruiter
Leading job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.)
Headhunting and market mapping
Social media platforms
Employee referrals
Professional networking and talent communities
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic hiring reports.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Handle recruitment assignments for both domestic and offshore/international clients across multiple industries.
Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and client teams to ensure timely closures.
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and quality service delivery.
Travel for business meetings, client interactions, recruitment drives, and other organizational requirements whenever required.

Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and workplace culture.
Organize employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and engagement events.
Support HR initiatives focused on employee retention and satisfaction.
Assist in implementing HR policies and best practices.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and HR documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, headhunting, and passive candidate sourcing.
Excellent interviewing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines.
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Willingness to travel for business requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
Proven experience handling hiring across multiple industries and functions.
Experience working with domestic as well as offshore/international clients is mandatory.
Exposure to employee engagement initiatives and HR best practices is preferred.

Shift: UK Shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST)
Work Mode: Work From Office
