Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Career Counselor based in New Delhi. The Career Counselor will work closely with clients to provide guidance and support in career development, career management, and goal-setting. Responsibilities will include conducting career counseling sessions, assisting students and professionals with career transitions, and offering tailored strategies to enhance productivity and personal branding through effective communication.

Qualifications

Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
Experience in guiding and mentoring individuals in Student Counseling
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to provide clear guidance and empathetic support
Proven ability to foster professional growth and confidence in clients
Educational background in Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a high level of professionalism

We are looking to collaborate with experienced Career Counselors who want to work on a flexible, revenue-sharing model.

You will earn a percentage per paid session that you conduct through our platform. There is no fixed salary, and you are free to set your availability.
