Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to support strategic initiatives.
Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
Strong expertise in financial process design and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable process documentation.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and technology adoption.
Skilled in analyzing user workflows and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable business solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
A 15 years full time education including CA, CMA, MBA Finance, PG MBA, or MCom is required.
