Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Executive – Finance & Accounts to

manage day-to-day accounting transactions and take ownership of assigned finance

processes. The role involves accurate accounting entries, maintenance of financial records, reconciliations,

document management, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and timely closure of

assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with financial data while

demonstrating strong follow-up, accountability, and process ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting and finance entries with accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain vendor, customer, bank, expense, and general ledger records.

• Process invoices, payments, receipts, reimbursements, and journal entries.

• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

• Track outstanding payments, receivables, advances, and pending documents.

• Ensure proper verification, approval, and documentation of all transactions.

• Support monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit requirements.

• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, banks, and consultants.

• Maintain finance trackers, reports, and supporting records.

• Take ownership of assigned finance processes and ensure timely closure.

• Identify discrepancies, follow up on pending matters, and escalate issues when required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Must have [3-5 years] of experience in accounting, finance operations and tally.

• Working knowledge of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.

• Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger

scrutiny.

• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory accounting requirements.

• Experience using accounting software or ERP systems such as Tally.

• Good working knowledge of advance Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filters, lookups,

pivot tables, and data reconciliation.
