It is intended for students, research scholars and recent graduates who have studied Statistics or Mathematics as part of their academic curriculum.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selected candidates are placed in MoSPI offices or other participating ministries and departments. The assigned work depends on the internship centre, available project and duration selected during the application process.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Internship assignments may involve official statistics, statistical surveys, data processing, data analysis, research, economic indicators, social statistics and the use of government datasets. Travelling allowance, accommodation, boarding and local transportation are not provided as part of the internship.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Progress and Final Report<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The monthly stipend is linked to satisfactory internship progress. At the end of the assignment, the intern must submit a report or paper covering the work completed, observations and relevant suggestions.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Internship Certificate<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A certificate is issued by the office where the intern is attached after successful completion of the approved internship period and submission of the required work.
