How does \u2018Active filter\u2019 differ from<\/strong> \u2018Active\/Updated Filter\u2019? <\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

An active\/updated filter<\/strong> includes a broader range of active and updated profiles, regardless of how they are done (system or the candidate). Therefore, <\/strong>the Active Filter<\/strong> is a subset that focuses specifically on the candidate\u2019s activity within the past 12 months. This includes candidates who have recently interacted with the foundit platform and its communications or updated their profiles within the last 12 months.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hence, we are introducing you to the highest-quality, most engaging talent pool! 

As mentioned earlier, the system or the candidate can change updated profiles. So, to be eligible for the Active Filter<\/strong>, candidates must have logged in or interacted with foundit\u2019s communications within the past 12 months!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
