Rise of AI &amp; Skill Gaps (53%)<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Artificial Intelligence is already here and seems to be taking leaps every month. Not surprisingly, a significant 53% of recruiters voiced concerns about navigating the new AI landscape and bridging the ever-widening skill gaps.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As automation cements its role in various business sectors, staying ahead of the latest tech trends is essential. If they start using it, they will get used to it and benefit.
