Artificial Intelligence is already here and seems to be taking leaps every month. Not surprisingly, a significant 53% of recruiters voiced concerns about navigating the new AI landscape and bridging the ever-widening skill gaps.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“A lot of recruiters aren’t that familiar with AI. If they start using it, they will get used to it and benefit. A lot of recruiters are still doing recruitment the traditional way, but in another six months, AI is going to start becoming the norm.”<\/em>\u00a0

2. Hiring for Remote Work (38%)<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
